Drywall Services:

Over 50% of the work performed by Interiors 2000 Plus, Inc. is in the Drywall trade.  We provide commercial lay out, framing, hanging and finishing of all types of wall constructions. We service the market in both small and large renovation projects; as well as new construction.   We can take the vanilla box and construct your office/work space to your specific design. Interiors 2000 Plus, Inc. provides wall systems, both interior and exterior partitions, and demising or party walls for any location.  Our scope of work also includes drywall ceiling systems and bulkheads.  See below for more specifics.

Metal Framing:

We offer constructions using light gauge metals from 25 to 14 gauge; to include metal furring and metal studs.  We have worked with as little as 1 5/8" metal studs, through 8 or 10 inch studs.  Our services include the fabrication of interior partitions, knee walls, and wing walls. We construct party or demising walls to separate you from the next door tenant that can include fire protection and sound proofing.  We've even erected exterior walls and mansards between the structure steel and masonry to include the insulation and exterior sheathing for special exterior finishes.

Board Installation:

Our board hanging capabilities range from the standard gypsum drywall boards of 1/4", 1/2", 5/8" sheets, to the 1" and 2" shaft liner materials.  We have supplied and installed moisture resistant and fire resistant drywall; as well as the exterior sheathing and dense glass materials.  You can also enhance your applications with special faced boards and FRP.

Finishing:

The tradesmen of Interiors 2000 Plus, Inc. can provide services from the fire tape (first coat) phase of finishing up to level 5, the highest quality finish of gypsum drywall.  Although we have hung blue board (plaster board), and have patched some plaster walls, we do not profess to be plasterers.

Special Applications:

Interiors 2000 Plus, Inc. employees are trained for fire safe installations using the mineral wool prefabricated fire plug and spray on fire proofing.  Smoke walls are also included in our mix of trades.
